"NEI was chosen to design and build a 1600A 277/480V service to supply250 guest rooms for a major hotel in the metro area. Including swapping out air handlers with power and control wiring and a major renovation of the central boiler system. The project involved creative ideas and planning, close planning and design with local inspectors and other contractors. They worked close with our GM and engineering to create minimal disruption to the guests. It involved running the service up too an 8 story building and minimizing all conduit exposure to each room and most of all to meet the time line required. We are very pleased with the professionalism and performance. We would highly recommend them to anyone with electrical needs."
